When you start off with a great winery, you can be one and done!
We planned on multiple winery visits, but chose Kuleto first as it was Doug’s favorite. It’s a small winery located 2 miles up a narrow, single lane, switchback mountain road. The grounds were beautiful and the view from the top was spectacular! We sat on their patio for the tasting with 2 other couples. Our host, Greg, did a great job telling the history of Kuleto and the wine making process. Afterwards we explored the grounds and took pictures, then hung out on the terrace and enjoyed the scenery and our new wine with one of the other couples. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience!
